2. Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent/proposed 3rd respondent in the appeals and concurs with the submission that the 4th respondent is the current owner of the relevant mark.

3. In the facts and circumstances outlined above, these petitions are liable to be and are hereby allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the appeals shall be amended as prayed for in these petitions on or before 07.08.2025. A copy of the amended appeals shall be served on the other parties within a week therefrom.
