Notice on the third respondent has been served, however the third respondent has failed to enter appearance.
2. This application has been filed only for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, the second respondent herein by six (6) months under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator passing Award in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, to pass an Award is extended by a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
