2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.03.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.4 of 2019 on 19.11.2019 under Sections 498 (A) & 506(i) of IPC.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
