O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the second appeal filed by the petitioner dated 22.03.2022 within a stipulated time that may be prescribed by this Court.
2. The petitioner, in order to get a direction by way of Mandamus to the first respondent to dispose of the second appeal under RTI Act filed on 22.03.2022, has filed the present writ petition. However, when the case is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that the order in the Second Appeal was passed and a copy of the same has also been produced before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner also has not controverted with the aforesaid fact. 2 / 4
3. In view of the accomplishment of the prayer sought for, no further persuasive action is required in this writ petition. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
