O R D E R

This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.153 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Today, the first petitioner, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and identification of the parties have been verified by this Court. The second respondent herself appears before this Court and submits that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the basis of the complaint lodged by her, a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.153 of 2016 for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC. She further submits that the matter has now been compromised and hence she has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No.153 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police. She has also filed a consent affidavit to that effect. 3.Recording the submissions so made by the second respondent and also the consent affidavit filed by her, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.153 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police, is hereby quashed.
