Writ Appeal against the order dated 10.06.2016 in W.P. No. 524 of 2015, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in Proceedings in Rc.

No.11930/BT/LC/2014 dated 12.12.2014 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) according to employment exchange seniority for the year 2010-2011 under the S.C. (Depending ExServiceman) priority category and confer all the consequential benefits.

J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.) The learned Single Judge directed the appellants herein to consider the case of the first respondent taking into account the string of orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court, more particularly, the judgment dated 15 February, 2016 in W.A. Nos. 160 & 161 of 2016. The said order is under challenge in this intra-court appeal at the instance of the State. 2.

When the appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader for the appellants produced a copy of the order dated 3rd April, 2019 giving appointment to the first respondent.

In view of the subsequent events, as indicated above, nothing survives for adjudication in the intra-court appeal. 4.

The intra-court appeal is dismissed as infructuous taking into account the subsequent events. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
