Mrs.U.Tiruselvi v. S.Ravichandra Prabhu
A.No.7379 of 2019 in C.S.No.364 of 2017 A.No.7379 of 2019 in C.S.No.364 of 2017 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.
This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking extension of time for payment of balance sale consideration and for a direction to the Registry to receive the amount without insisting upon the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree. 2.The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff would submit that though this Court decreed the suit exparte on 28.06.2019, the balance sale consideration could not be deposited as per the judgment of this Court due to the fact that the certified copy of the judgment and decree was not made ready. According to the learned counsel, the applicant/plaintiff is always ready and willing to pay the balance sale consideration and hence, the above application has been filed.
3.Considering the above submission, time is extended by three weeks from today [30.09.2019] for payment of balance sale consideration by the applicant/plaintiff and the Registry is directed to receive the balance sale consideration without insisting upon the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree.
