This petition has been filed to relax the condition that to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Sunday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.11511 of in Crl.O.P.No.13416/2023 dated 08.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st Sunday of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
