C O M M O N J U D G M E N T Since the issue involved in both the appeals are one and the same, they are disposed of by this common order.

2. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the common order dated 07.11.2015 passed in H.M.O.P.Nos.3332 of 2014 & 4705 of 2013 on the file of Principal Family Court, Chennai.

3. Earlier, when the case was listed for hearing on 19.06.2023, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the case was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.06.2023. Even today, i.e. on 20.06.2023, there is no representation for the appellant.

4. Thus, it can now be inferred that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
