Considering the fact that the appeal is pending from the year 2009, there will be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge/ CoOperative Tribunal, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District to dispose of the appeal in CTA.No.22 of 2018 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in this Revision.
