Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners in the respective Civil Revision Petitions are not pressing these Civil Revision Petitions as the matters have been amicably settled between the parties outside the court. To that effect, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also made endorsements in the court bundles.
