ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to secure the accused and the vehicle involved in the scene of occurrence in connection with Crime Number 89 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.89 of 2016 has been registered by the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
