This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2022 pending on the file of the fourth respondent police. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.No.1255 of 2021 on the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.06.2022.

Since the complaint has been given as early as on 14.06.2022, it is obligatory on the part of the fourth respondent police to complete the

preliminary enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
