When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent upon instructions reported that as per the order of this Court dated 12.09.2025, both the parties were appeared before Mediation and the Mediation process were completed and there is no settlement arrived.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

4. Recording the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.09.2025 is made absolute.
