Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to grant permission and necessary police protection to conducting the procession of rally starts at No.10, Ayyanar Koil Street, Korand Covering the area Periya Saliya St, Mela Otha Saragu St, Sarathattai St, Railway Cross Road, TB Road Kodareddy St, finally reach at TPM Church Korand Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam District and announcement through Auto in the down and adjunct area with distributing the notices which is held to be on 29.09.2019 in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2019.

O R D E R

The purpose for which the petitioner intends to conduct the rally is to preach love and blessings. The petitioner intends to have the rally from No.10, Ayyanar Koil Street, Korand covering the area Periya Saliya St, Mela Otha Saragu St, Sarathattai St, Railway Cross Road, TB Road Kodareddy St, finally to reach at TPM Church Korand Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam District on 29.09.2019.

2.Since the rally itself is for the purpose of preaching love and blessings, it would not be appropriate for the respondent to refuse such permission. Nevertheless, if the respondent is of the view that such a rally might cause any disturbance to the general public, it is always open to them to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impose such reasonable restrictions to regulate the rally through the areas for which the petitioner has sought for. 3.In the light of the above observations, the petitioner herein is granted liberty to approach the respondent herein on 28.09.2019 and on receipt of such representation, the respondent herein shall grant necessary permission to the petitioner to perform the special convention, by imposing such reasonable restrictions. Such an order shall be passed on the same day when the representation is given.

4.With the above observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
