This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14305 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16427 of 2022 on 15.09.2022 to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court regularly on all hearing dates without fail.
