ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2021 within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner filed appeal challenging the patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent herein before the second respondent and it is pending. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 24.07.2021 and, after issuance of notice to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
