The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First and Second Respondent to conduct allotment of Travel Agency Offices at Koyambedu Omni Bus Terminus afresh.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.P.V. Sachidanandam, learned counsel has filed a Memo stating that he had filed vakalat along with Mr.N. Gopalakrishnan at the time of filing of
the Writ Petition and that the said Mr.N. Gopalakrishnan had died in the year 2010, and the case bundle is not available with him now. 3.
Mr.P.S. Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the First to Third Respondents has filed a Memo stating that after filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner was a participant in the allotment of Shops in Koyambedu Omni Bus Terminus during the year 2003 and he was allotted Shop No.36 as per his request and he continues to be in possession of the same till date on renewal of lease, being successful tenderer. It is further stated therein that the present Lease Agreement dated 11.08.2017 between the Petitioners and the First to Third Respondents is subsisting and a copy of the Lease Agreement has been produced before this Court. In such circumstances, it is contended that the relief sought by the Petitioner does not survive for consideration.

Recording the aforesaid facts, as nothing survives for adjudication in the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 13.06.2018 sr Speaking Order Index:yes/no website:yes
