This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today.

2. On perusal of the judgment dated 10.06.2025 in the above appeal, it is ascertained that the tribunal had fixed the liability on both the respondents 1 and 2, however, in para 8 of the judgment, it was inadvertently mentioned that enhanced compensation can be recovered from the owner of the vehicle. Accordingly, the matter has been listed today.

3. In the said circumstances, in para 8, the lines 9 to 11 viz., "It goes without saying that the enhanced compensation that is paid by the Insurance Company can be recovered from the owner of the vehicle as was ordered by the Tribunal" shall be deleted.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the judgment of this Court in C.M.A.No.2266 of 2023 dated 10.06.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the appellant.
