O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry based on petitioner/representation dated 09.09.2019 within a time frame.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working as salesman in ZA Perumpanaiyur Primary co-operative Society, Kudavasal Taluk, Tiruvarur District which is running under Tamilnadu Government, Department of Co-operative Society for the past 6 years. The said Society deducted the Employee Provident Fund and the Employees Society loan and the same was not remitted to the concerned autorities, for which the petitioner's wife has made a representation to the President, Governor of Tamil Nadu, Tamil Nadu Women rights Commission and Chief Minister Cell. In the meanwhile, the petitioner was placed

under suspension on 30.08.2019 for the allegations of misappropriation of Rs.5 Lakhs. The petitioner has made representation to the 1st respondent on 09.09.2019. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.09.2019 and pass appropriate orders after affording opportunity to the aggrieved person on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
