This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioners to the post of Village Librarian from the date of initial appointment by G.O.Ms.No.147, School Education Department dated 21.09.2011, based on the petitioners' representation dated 19.04.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners claim that they were appointed as Village 2/5
Librarians in the year 2016 pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.147 School Education Department dated 21.09.2011. However, according to them, till date their service have not been regularised. In such circumstances, they have given a representation on 19.04.2022 to the respondents seeking for their regularisation. Since their representation has not been considered till date, they have filed this writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. For the forgoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioners representation dated 19.04.2022 seeking for regularisation of their service to the post of Village Librarian as per G.O.Ms.No.147 School Education dated 21.09.2011 from the date of their initial appointment within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
