The matter is listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the Report sent by the learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Singaravelar Maaligai, Chennai-1, in Dis No.299 /2022 dated 27.07.2022.

2. The above C.R.P. was dismissed on 28.10.2021 by directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7504 of 2010 within a period of three months. Now, the learned learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Singaravelar Maaligai, Chennai-1 has sought for extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court on 28.10.2021.

3. Accordingly, this Court is hereby extending the time for a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, to comply with the order passed by this Court and report compliance before this Court. If the parties do not co-operate, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7504 of 2010 on merits and in accordance with law with the materials available on record within the prescribed time limit as ordered by this Court.
