ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the tender dated 02.09.2024 called for by the file of the respondents 2 & 3 and to direct the respondents to float open tender to participate all eligible contractors without registering login ID of each and every contractors after following the procedure laid down under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and Rules.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is permitted to participate in the tender. 3.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
