ORDER
In the pre-negotiation conducted on 13.09.2024, the following observation was made Both the parties are present. MR.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader is present on behalf of the respondents. Letter dated 24.08.2024 & 12.09.2024 filed by the petitioner and the respondents respectively are recorded. As the petitioner's claim has already been fulfilled by the respondents, the petitioner is willing to withdraw the writ petition."" 2.
The above said order reveals that the petitioner is willing to withdraw the Writ Petition as her claim was already settled and she has also submitted a letter dated 24.08.2024 to that effect. 3.
In view of the letter of the petitioner dated 24.08.2024 and the letter of the Respondent/Cooperative Society dated 12.09.2024, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
