ORDER

Petitioner has come up with the above Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing of the written representation made by him on 09.05.2019, within a stipulated time.

According to the Petitioner, he intended to admit his son in XI Standard in the 3rd Respondent Government School. But, the School demanded a sum of Rs.5,000/- as donation. Hence, the Petitioner made a representation to the 2nd Respondent on 09.05.2019 to take necessary action against the School administration. Thereafter, the Petitioner's son was admitted in the 3rd Respondent School. However, the Petitioner's son is facing many difficulties at the hands of the 3rd Respondent. Hence, having no other alternative, the Petitioner is before this Court with the above Writ Petition.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into its merits, this Court directs the 2nd Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2019 in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
