Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of brevity) has been filed with a 'Condonation of Delay' (hereinafter 'CoD' for the sake of brevity) prayer qua 231 days delay in representing the captioned appeal being S.T.A. SR. No.166268 of 2023.

2. Adverting to the support affidavit, learned counsel for CMP petitioner submitted that the original records were mixed up with some other case papers in the office of the counsel.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the matter, reason is accepted in this case and the delay is condoned.
