This petition has been filed to relax the imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10581 of in Crl.O.P.No.11988 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, final report is filed and the case is taken on file in P.R.C.No.114 of 2023 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3.Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
