When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case is registered against the petitioner and they are conducting the enquiry based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant and they will complete the enquiry as early as possible and ensured that during the enquiry, they will not harass the petitioner.
