O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed with an innocuous prayer for Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4, particularly the 4th respondent to commence supply of food items to the petitioner under the petitioner's family card No.07/G/0424253.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that on verification by the Government, the petitioner's ration card was found to be bogus and the same has been cancelled as bogus by an order dated 15.11.2016 and the petitioner has not challenged the same till date. Hence, he seeks dismissal of the writ petition.
