The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.182 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341 & 394 of IPC @ 395 of IPC r/w 397, 109 & 120(B) of IPC.

2. It is stated that the petitioner along with other accused persons had robbed 1500 grams of gold and amount of Rs.1,05,000/- at knife point.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that all the accused had been arrested except the petitioner herein and this is the 3rd anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there had not been any substantial progress in the investigation and all the stolen items had not been recovered, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
