178 of 2017) Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D. SHIVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.C.RAMESH for 1st and 2nd respondents the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the Original Suit involved in this civil revision petition.

2. The Civil Judge had sought for extension of six months to dispose of the suit.

3. Considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
