O R D E R

The prayer in this Criminal Original petition is to direct the respondent to withdraw or recall the Look Out Circular in LOC.No. 1946997 issued against the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2025.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already appeared before the concerned Court and the Look Out Circular is no more necessary.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in both the cases, the discharge application filed by the petitioner was also allowed by the trial Court and he was discharged from the offences.

4. In view thereof, already a request has been made to the appropriate authority to recall the circular in LOC.No.1946997. Therefore, let the appropriate authority act on the communication of the 2/4

second respondent within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. The learned counsel for the petitioner can also communicate the copy of this order to the concerned authority namely The Deputy Director, Bureau of Immigration, R.K.Puram, New Delhi.

5. With the above directions and observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
