This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records leading to the registration of FIR in Crime No.05 of 2019, pending on the file of the respondent/Police at Thirubuvanai Police Station, Puducherry.

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the first respondent would submit that as against the said FIR, charge sheet has been filed and as such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if they chooses to do so. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
