Pushparaj S/o. Veerappan ... Respondent This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Appellant

and the respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant Mr. T.L. Thirumalaisamy and Mr. J. Antony Jesus, the learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Settlement has been arrived at between both the parties for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in full quit. The appellant has already deposited a sum of Rs.1 lakh (Rupees One lakh only) before the Court and the same has to be withdrawn by the respondent. The remaining sum of Rs.1 lakh (Rupees One Lakh only) shall be paid within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
