2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.616 of 2019 on 23.10.2019 under Sections 294 (b), 324, 323 & 506(i) of IPC.
