O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection for measuring the land of the petitioner by the surveyor as per the Court decree.
2. It is contended that on payment of necessary fee, the surveyor visited field, but due to objection raised by the private respondents, surveyor was not able to measure the land. In this connection, complaint was given by the petitioner to the respondent police on 25.08.2023 and no action been taken.
3. On reading compliant dated 25.08.2023, this Court does not find any information about the date of surveyor visited the land and the objection raised by the neighbours.
4. In view of the above fact, it is suffice to direct the respondent 2/4
police herein to give police protection, if any request from the surveyor is made during his proposed visit to the field of the petitioner herein for measuring.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
