This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 10.08.2023 and pay the terminal benefits such as gratuity, provident fund, earned and unearned leave salary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 10.08.2023 with a request to pay the terminal benefits such as gratuity, provident fund, earned and unearned leave salary, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation with regard to eligible amounts on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
