ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent in Re-public auction and Re-tender Notice Na.Ka.No.11740/2013, dated 30.08.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cancel the proposed Re-public auction and Re-tender to be conducted by the 3rd respondent on 25.09.2019, vide notice Na.Ka.No.11740/2013, dated 30.08.2019 and also direct the respondents to conduct fresh auction after fulfilment of all terms and conditions thereon, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the third respondent, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 24.09.2019, has filed the status report.

3. Perused the status report filed. We are quite satisfied with the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
