This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8398 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11201 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.164 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
