This matter is listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.This Court, by order dated 15.11.2016 disposed of the above writ petition, directing the petitioner to send a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent seeking inclusion of her earlier service as qualified service for pension benefits by relaxing her one day break in service. On receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent was directed to consider the same and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. 3.Today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the competent authorities to consider the above said representation of the petitioner are the respondents 1 & 2. Hence, he sought for necessary corrections in the order.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents also.

5.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that wherever the word '3rd respondent' occurs in para 6 of the order, the same shall be read as 'respondents 1 & 2'. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
