This petition has been filed to extent time for depositing the amount Ordered by this Court.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, though the petitioner took a demand draft for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- [Rupees five lakhs only] on 30.07.2025, the same could not be deposited. He also produced a copy of the Demand Draft. Hence, seeks for extension of time to deposit the amount before the Execution Court.

3. Considering the above submissions, this petition is Ordered and time extended for further period of ten days and the Execution Court shall receive the Demand Draft.
