Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in bjh/neh/k/kid e/f/vz;/m 1/958/2004 dated 24.04.2006 on the file of the second respondent, quash the same and consequently to direct the second respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the appropriate place in the panel of Staff Nurses in Contagious Diseases Hospital fit for promotion as Ward Nurse (Head Nurse) as on 01.01.2006.
