This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.192 of 2023 registered under Sections 8(c) & 20(b)(ii)(b) of NDPS.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrayed as A3, from whom only a cellphone has been seized, and further, he is merely a student of the pharmacy college.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has already been completed and final report has also been filed on 27.04.2024. Hence, the question of quashing the FIR does not arise. 2/4
