ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 25.08.2023, 25.09.2023, 06.11.2023, 08.01.2024, 13.02.2024 and 26.02.2024 to provide water supply connection to his house under the Jal Jeevan Scheme.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and pass orders on the representations submitted

by the petitioner seeking water supply connection to his house located at No.80, Sempoothampalayam, Periyapuliyur Post, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
