ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation a case in Crime No.321/2022 on the file of the second respondent and subsequently direct to file a final report within a stipulated period.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 28.12.2022, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
