O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.11.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Nachammal, Ramal, Perumal, Jayanthi and Saminathan with regard to the dispute over a land. Though the said complaint was given on 20.11.2015, but till date no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a detail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed and he has also produced the closure report for the perusal of this Court. The copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Since the complaint has already been closed, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
