ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the summons dated 23.6.2025. 2.From a perusal of the same, it can be seen that the petitioner as well as his family members were summoned by the respondent police for an enquiry.

3. However, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent, by producing a written communication dated 31.7.2025 would submit that an enquiry has been conducted in the petition and it has been closed as civil in nature, advising the parties to approach the appropriate Civil Court, and therefore the appearance of the petitioner or his family members will not be

necessary in respect of the same.
