This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition as against the order in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in O.S.No.160 of 2018, dated 25.03.2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sulur.

2.The petitioners, in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, have given sufficient reasons for the delay. Learned counsel appearing on the other side has no serious objection for condoning the delay. Since the petitioners have given sufficient reasons to the satisfaction of this Court, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to number the above Civil Revision Petition and list the same along with C.R.P.No.2141 of 2025 on 15.07.2025. 30.06.2025 mkn Internet : Yes To The District Munsif, Sulur.
