O R D E R

By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularize the petitioner's service to the suitable post such as Salesman, Night Watchman and Helper by 2/6

considering long period of 17 years service under the respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Bakery Helper in the 4th Respondent/ Co-operative Store on 01.10.2007 on daily wage basis and he has completed more than 15 years of service. However, his service has not been regularised by the Respondents. It is the further submission of the petitioner that he is entitled to be regularised and in this connection, he has sent representations on 01.06.2025 and 08.07.2025 and such representations are pending before the Official Respondents.

5. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representations according to it's own merits and in accordance 3/6

with law, within a reasonable time.

In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.06.2025 and 08.07.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 08.08.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
