CMP.No.28006 of 2023 in S.A.Sr.No.12209 of 2023 C.KUMARAPPAN, J The learned counsel for the petitioners is present and filed an application seeking extension of time of 229 days to pay the deficit court fee. On perusal of the records, it appears that the petitioners has already deposited the deficit court fee, however, with a delay of 229 days.

2. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

5. In the result, these CMP is allowed.
